Welcome
Welcome to Grafton Street Medical Centre, a friendly general medical practice in the city centre in Dublin 2.
Located where Grafton Street meets South Anne Street, we are at the heart of Dublin's premier shopping and business district.
The entrance is just off Grafton Street, the first entrance in South Anne Street, on the first floor .
Opened in 1992 we have enjoyed offering medical care to locals and their families and to visitors since.
The practice consists of a general practice and a physiotherapy department, backed up by friendly and efficient administrative staff.
We operate from a bright modern office on the 1st floor of Grafton Buildings and a lift is available for people who have difficulty with stairs. We are well aware that your time is precious and consultations are strictly by appointment. We go to great lengths to see you on time!
This site tells you and who and where we are, how to go about making an appointment, what services we offer and what our fees are.
We are computerised since 2007 and hoping to go entirely paperless - a challenge for the maturer staff! It does however allow us to link to some of the hospitals via secure Internet links which speeds up laboratory results.
We are a teaching practice for Trinity College Medical School; if a student is present on the day you attend you will be asked if you are OK with the student being present during the consultation - if you would prefer not that's fine with us. It is however the only chance you may ever get to really affect how medicine is practised in the future.
We are also a training practice for post-graduate doctors specialising in General Practice - Dr Emma Barry will be with us until June 2010.
